1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days within the U.S. International delivery times may vary.
2. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We offer international shipping. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on your country and will be calculated at checkout.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number to check the status of your delivery anytime.
4. What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

5. Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. See our Return Policy for full details.
6. How do I request a return or exchange?
Email us at buffballsales@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and whether you'd like a refund or exchange. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
7. What if my item is damaged or defective?
If your product arrives damaged or doesn’t work as expected, send us photos and your order info at buffballsales@gmail.com. We’ll make it right—guaranteed.
8. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

9. Is Buff Balls firefighter-approved?
Yes! Buff Balls is proudly firefighter-owned and designed with real fireground experience in mind. Trusted and tested by firefighters across the country.
